Our co-founders, Darrell Clark and Alexandra Clark, bring together a synergistic blend of experiences that form the backbone of Etta View's innovative approach.
Darrell Clark, with an illustrious 20-year career in commercial real estate, has been instrumental in closing over 2,000 transactions across 40 states. His extensive background includes conducting over 1,000 multifamily property inspections nationwide, leading the team at Cadre Advisors in underwriting commercial mortgage loans for a diverse portfolio of lenders, and managing credit teams for multiple lenders in New York and southern California.
Alexandra Clark brings a robust 15-year tenure in enterprise technology, with a significant part of her career at IBM managing western region enterprise system integration accounts. Her expertise in new and existing technologies, and complex enterprise solutions, has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing Etta View. Her prior experience at ADP, consulting on SaaS solutions across numerous industries, has provided her with a broad perspective that has been leveraged to enhance Etta View's offerings.
Together, the Clarks have fused their deep commercial real estate insights with advanced technological prowess to create Etta View. This platform stands at the intersection of industry knowledge and technological innovation, offering comprehensive property inspection services that cater to the ever changing needs of the commercial real estate market.
